Overview

Heather is the best nail person hands down! All staff super nice. As for the masks, they cannot force people to wear them. And they have no proof of knowing who is Covid positive. They cannot ask every single person. Plus people could lie. You risk the same as if you're going to walmart to grocery shop. There's always going to be someone without a mask or is sick.
