Overview
We are a grassroots outdoor wellness center that utilizes the healing power of the thermal cycle with wood fired saunas, hot tub and cold plunge tubs. Alternating between hot and cold temperatures is an ancient practice that treats a number of ailments holistically. Come discover the beauty of this tradition with our multiple saunas; including a wood fired sauna, cold plunge tubs with commercial ice machine to get cold, outdoor showers, changing area/restroom and hot soaking tub. We are by appointment only so please book ahead! We have community soak times, private spa session options and memberships. Come be a part of our community!
