Aztec Massage Clinic

Overview

The Aztec Clinical Massage is a healing, rehabilitative massage that was developed by our Master Massage Therapist, Ofelia Mendoza, who now specializes in performing and training others in these unique techniques. After having suffered several muscle injuries and having sought different solutions with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and masseurs without obtaining a favorable result, she decided to develop a massage solution herself. Through her own intuition as well as through techniques that she learned from her ancestors, the Aztec Clinical Massage was created by using a combination of rotation, stretching movements, applying pressure on the points of origin/insertion of the muscles to treat chronic pain and injuries. As this modality views the body as a whole, some stretches and movements in this massage include close proximity to the glutes, coccyx, pelvic, and axillary areas to better relieve tension and pain throughout the body. In addition, Ofelia also unifies the chakras and uses quantum healing as a method to eliminate negative energies, resulting from trauma or other difficult mental, emotional, and physical memories that affect the muscular system. Quantum healing laws say the energy works according to the observer. Ofelia uses her training and experience with Quantum Healing to discover where the blocking memory points are within the muscles to better treat not only the flesh and bones of an individual but their very life and soul besides. Emotional release therapy refers to a modality that aims to help an individual process and release the physical and emotional effects that have been caused by negative experiences. Any type of negative, or traumatic, experience can create stored tension in the body, unhealthy thought/behavior processes, or a negative energy that always seems to linger within and/or around an individual. To help an individual experience relief, Ofelia uses neuro linguistic programming techniques. This modality helps create new neural networks with positive programming in each individual. She will focus on using her intuition with information received by the client beforehand so that, while in deep relaxation with the aid of the subconscious, (the subconscious being the part of the mind that controls 95% of our reactions at a mental and emotional level), she will help the body to relearn how to experience emotions such as joy and excitement while tempering emotions such as anger, fear, and sadness. These techniques will help heal the client's mind, body and soul by receiving an emotional release that will help them develop healthier ways of thinking and develop habits as well as situational awareness that benefits building relationships with themselves and the world around them as a whole. At the end of each session Ofelia will use energy work to help the client be better protected from negative energies, to be able to enjoy longer-lasting benefits and become more emotionally and mentally resilient in the face of any sort of experience. Quantum healing laws say the energy works according to the observer and, as such, your own mind can be your greatest ally when receiving this treatment. During this type of session, our Master Massage Therapist Ofelia unifies the chakras and uses a deeper quantum healing method to eliminate negative energies, resulting from trauma or other difficult mental, emotional, and physical memories that affect the muscular system. Ofelia uses her training and experience with Quantum Healing to discover where the blocking memory points are within the muscles to better treat not only the flesh and bones of an individual but their very life and soul besides.
