Regarding your recent appointment, there was a delay because the Groupon voucher had not yet been provided prior to treatment. Unfortunately, we are unable to begin services until the voucher is successfully processed. While we understand this caused frustration, our team did our best to accommodate the delay and continue with your mother’s appointment once the voucher issue was resolved. We also understand your concerns regarding the numbing cream. Our licensed medical provider informed both you and your mother that it was completely safe for the cream to remain on during that time and that it would not harm or irritate her skin. Our team quickly offered to remove the numbing cream after expressing continued concerns. As another patient had already arrived and was ready for treatment while we were still waiting for the voucher information, we briefly saw that patient first. However, we were more than happy to accommodate your mother’s appointment afterward despite the delay. We are truly sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations, especially for what was meant to be a special Mother’s Day and anniversary experience for you and your mother. We never want any patient to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or disrespected, and we sincerely regret that this was your perception of the experience.
