Overview

We were disappointed to read this review, especially since concerns had previously been brought directly to management. At that time, management personally responded and worked to address those concerns, after which a five-star review was later shared regarding the experience with our clinic. Because no additional concerns were communicated afterward, this recent review was unexpected. Following this review, management again reached out personally in an effort to better understand the concerns being expressed and communicate further. While we respect every individual’s right to choose where they receive care, we also recognize that not every provider-patient relationship is the right long-term fit. Our clinic remains committed to providing professionalism, respect, and attentive care, and we sincerely wish them the best moving forward
