Magnesium plays a role in muscle relaxation and nervous system regulation, while taurine may help support a calmer, more balanced state after a demanding stretch. By Friday, that tension tends to come from more than one place. A commute through Southlake, a full week of meetings for someone working out of Grapevine, plans for a busy weekend still ahead. The goal is not to knock anyone out, just to help the body ease out of the tightly wound mode it has been running in all week. It tends to appeal to people managing physical tension from workouts or long hours at a desk, and to people who just need help slowing down mentally before the week is officially over. Some clients pair it with Red Light Therapy or time in the Infrared Sauna for a fuller reset, though plenty just want the drip on its own.
