This patient has a beautiful hair with a naturally round feminine hairline, but wished to have her browbone and orbital rim reduced with a slight lift to the lateral brows. Dr. Rodman used a coronal incision (in the hair) to perform a type 3 brow bone reduction, orbital rim reduction to open her eyes and a natural looking temporal browlift.
