Just Wellness has been the home of cryotherapy in Grapevine since 2011. A cryotherapy session takes about three minutes. Your body is briefly exposed to very cold temperatures which triggers a natural response that reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and leaves most people feeling noticeably more energized than when they walked in. Athletes use it for recovery. Busy people use it for the energy boost. A lot of our members use it as a weekly reset that makes everything else in their routine work better. It pairs really well with our IV therapy, red light therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen treatments if you are building a more complete recovery or longevity routine.
