Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding appointment availability. Following the recent retirement of one of our providers on June 30th, our remaining two specialists are completely booked through the end of the year. To ensure continuous care, we proactively notified all affected patients and provided verified recommendations for alternative specialists who explicitly agreed to accept new patients. As the only specialty clinic in the region, we must maintain strict capacity limits to provide safe, high-quality care to our existing patients. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are working diligently to expand our capacity by 2027.
