Dr. Bertolotti was her usual high energy self. Very informative and has a caring nature. Her readheaded assistant did an excellent job. She spoke clearly, addressed concerns and followed the good doctor’s instructions. Blonde girl at front desk seemed confused. Dark haired girl at front desk seemed disinterested. Neither smiled.
