Under-eye bags rarely have one cause, and the right treatment depends entirely on which of the three is actually driving the problem. Agnes RF uses fine needles to deliver radiofrequency energy beneath the skin, tightening tissue and stimulating collagen with a short window of mild redness or swelling afterward. The Fotona Eye Lift uses a non-ablative laser at the surface, no needles, no downtime, with results building gradually over several months as collagen remodels. Neither device removes or repositions a herniated fat pad. When true fat herniation is the cause, Dr. Black will say so directly and point toward surgical evaluation instead.
