We are accepting auto insurance, workers comp insurance and most commercial insurance. At Mountain View Wellness we are more than just physical therapy. We strive to provide quality one on one care for our patients, allowing them to have to have a voice and feel heard with their healthcare needs and goals. We are equipped to treat and assist you with any manner of rehabilitation, preventative care, post-surgical care and all other health related goals. We are not currently accepting OHP, Medicare and Atrio.
