Holistic Halo Salt Spa

Overview

Join Erika, Sound Practitioner for Vibrational Sound Healing. Whether it's the rhythmic grounding of the buffalo drum, the sereneness of the quartz crystal singing bowls, the vibrancy of the Koshi chimes, or the tranquil waves of the ocean drum…this sound healing session will allow you to relax, rest, and restore. Disharmony in our bodies, or “dis-ease” in our cells, may be restored to harmony in sound healing sessions. Not just in our physical body, but in our spiritual, emotional, and mental selves as well. Bringing harmony to the entire system, the mis-aligned parts are brought back into alignment of their normal vibrational frequency. Through vibration, rhythm and tones, sound healing therapy can lower stress levels and reduce tension in the body helping with high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, pain, addiction, and sleep disorders. Sit back and relax in a zero gravity chair and be bathed in the healing vibrations of sound, all while reaping the benefits of Halotherapy. Halotherapy is a dry salt air therapy. It is great for allergies, sinuses, respiratory and skin concerns along with immune and nervous system benefits. A zen-like experience in the making! Feel free to bring your own eye mask for your journey. Due to the nature of this event, it is a pre-pay non-refundable session. If you can't make it, you may send someone in your place. 😇
