Overview
We're sorry to hear you left with this impression. We take pride in treating all of our guests with courtesy and respect, and your description of the interaction does not match our understanding of what occurred. Our team reviews our policies with every guest to help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit, and those expectations are communicated consistently to everyone. We certainly never intend for that process to come across as disrespectful. We appreciate all feedback, but we also strive to present an accurate picture of our guest experience. If you'd like to discuss your visit further, we'd be happy to speak with you directly.
