Popular Laser Treatments for Skin Rejuvenation & Resurfacing BroadBand Light (BBL) BBL uses Broad Band Light heat energy to treat a variety of skin concerns anywhere on the body, including acne, rosacea, age spots, wrinkles and sun damage. BBL treats sun damage, age spots, and vascular lesions. BBL typically has little to no downtime, however there can be redness for a few hours after treatment. Moxi Moxi is a non-ablative laser that targets water within skin cells to work with your body’s natural healing process for a gentle, yet effective treatment.
