The AquaGod rejuvenation treatment used by Beachwood Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa is a way to deliver a customized cocktail of drugs to a patient's skin. The system uses gold-plated needles to properly distribute the cocktail, which consists of a mix of wrinkle relaxer, dermal fillers, and anti-oxidants such as Vitamin C and Botox/Dysport. This process is actually comfortable as the micro-needles are thinner than a hair follicle, so they are hardly felt. The AquaGold Fine Touch has patented micro-channeling technology which uses bioactive compounds to nourish the skin and results in less redness and recovery time compared to traditional micro-needling. This results in the administered serums and facial fillers improving the texture, tone, and luminosity of the skin, which work almost as soon as they are applied to the area being treated.
