Overview

We apologize for your experience. We pride ourselves in proactive communication with our patients. However, this event occurred unbeknownst to us. We learned of the system failure at the same time our patients did. As soon as we were made aware of the delayed credit card transmission, we notified our patients immediately on 10/13. We sent a second text to patients today on 10/16 (just three days later... not six days) to be sure all patients had received our first message on 10/13. While the situation is frustrating for all involved, we immediately communicated the system failure to our patients. The team member did not address the credit card issue at the time of your correspondence via email, as she assumed that you were aware of what had transpired since you did not mention it (and because the original text was sent three days prior). Your email was sent and received today on 10/16. When you cancelled your appointment over the phone on 10/12, it was not mentioned to you at that time because we were unaware of the problem until later that day. Again, we apologize for the problem and did our best to notify everyone affected.
