Overview
Just like every doctor’s office everywhere, new patients are instructed to arrive early to complete necessary paperwork. We send out several reminders to this effect. Since you arrived late, and had not taken advantage of our online paperwork option (we checked), proceeding would have put you into someone else’s appointment time, which would not have been fair to them. If people are courteous, such as giving us a call if they are running late, we try to accommodate. Imagine how much better this would have gone if you had shown some kindness rather than screaming at our receptionist in the lobby.
