During this consultation we discuss all questions you may have regarding Neurotoxin and/or Dermal Filler, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Treatments for either the Skin or Scalp for Hair Restoration, and/or all Laser Treatments from Laser Hair Removal to Intense Pulse Light (IPL) Treatments. We will address your individual concerns in order to develop a proper plan of care and to meet your aesthetic goals. This Provider Consultation is required prior to any of these treatments.
