Eye For Beauty Aesthetics

Overview

Botox injections are most well-known for diminishing the appearance of wrinkles on the face around the eyes and forehead, but they actually have many other uses. They can be used to help treat migraines and muscle spasms as well as excessive sweating. Botox uses the botulinum toxin in very small doses to paralyze the muscles in a targeted area, which stops the movement that causes wrinkles.Treatment & ResultsBotox treatment involves a series of injections with a very fine gauge needle. Results from Botox treatments can take a week or so to start to appear, with results lasting about 3 months depending on the person and what area was treated. Botox isn't permanent, so you'll need to have follow up treatments scheduled according to your providers recommendations.Post CareBotox injections require no downtime, so you can get right back to your regular activities. You may feel some soreness at the injection site for a few hours or days after treatment, but this is usually minimal and passes quickly. You should avoid putting pressure on, such as lying down, or massaging the site for at least 24 hours after treatment.Contact Us!Whether you want to smooth out crow's feet or diminish the appearance or forehead creases, Botox is one of the most popular treatments for a reason.
