As this was your first treatment with us, our approach was intentionally conservative. When treating a new patient, we typically begin with a more measured dose and reassess at follow-up, as every individual responds differently and preferences vary—some clients prefer a softer, more natural movement while others prefer a more “frozen” result. Establishing the right formula often takes adjustment over the first treatment cycle. At your follow-up visit yesterday, we reviewed your progress together and made additional adjustments to further soften the remaining movement in the treated areas. At that visit, you expressed that you were happy with the improvement, and your before-and-after photos showed noticeable reduction in the lines treated. Regarding the small bump you mentioned, because additional product was placed less than 24 hours before your review, temporary swelling or a small raised area at the injection site can occur and is expected to resolve. We also did not note concerns regarding brow asymmetry during your follow-up assessment, and none were raised at that appointment. We also want to respectfully note that treatment approaches and expectations can vary between countries, training backgrounds, and individual injector techniques.
