The alternating lights cleanse, balance, and align your energy body as you lay peacefully beneath the crystals, while you lay on top of a infrared Amethyst and Jade crystal mat. These sessions combine Color Therapy, Light Therapy, and Crystal Healing Therapy. The energy stream produces beneficial results on many physical and energetic levels of your being.
