We are truly sorry to hear that your microneedling treatment did not meet your expectations and that you’ve been dealing with prolonged redness and sensitivity. That is certainly not the experience we want for any of our patients. While some degree of redness and sensitivity can be expected after microneedling, ongoing discomfort and visible irritation weeks later is something we take very seriously. Your skin health and safety are always our top priority, and we would very much like the opportunity to evaluate your skin in person. We would like to invite you back for a complimentary skin assessment with our medical providers so we can properly assess your current skin condition, address your concerns regarding irritation and discuss appropriate next steps to support healing and recovery. There would be no charge for this visit, and our goal would simply be to help your skin return to a healthy baseline. Please know that we genuinely appreciate your feedback.
