It is highly recommended to adopt healthy eating habits and drink plenty of water. “SMALL CHANGES CAN MAKE BIG DIFFERENCES” Remaining fat cells that are not used for energy are excreted via stool and urine. Over the next few days after treatment. Generally, you may notice some change in your stool and urine color/consistency- if this happens it is normal and part of the elimination of fat and toxins through the lymphatic system. Bruising can occur when the blood vessels are weakened and by medications (such as aspirin, fish oil, or prednisone) and aging. Easy bruising can also occur because of absent or deficient blood-clotting elements. Bruising may happen and will heal as the body recovers! The body requires a minimum of 48 hours to properly eliminate the fat and toxins after a treatment. Treatment intervals also need to reflect this; at least two days must pass between each session. For most clients, we recommend a minimum of between eight and ten treatments for best results. This number varies from person to person and is based on the amount of fat, cellulite, loose skin, metabolic rate, and other internal factors. You should allow 48 hours between treatments. Most clients will have a noticeable reduction in their measurements after the very first treatment, however, some individuals require 2-3 treatments before seeing any significant reduction. On average, clients have anywhere from 0.5-2 inch of fat loss. More loss will occur with more treatments! Post treatment recommendations... Elevate your heart rate with exercise for at least 20 minutes the same day as your treatment if possible. This will help eliminate fat cells and can be done by going for a walk, doing cardio, or yoga. Consume at least 2 litres of water within 24 hours. To maximise results you should avoid eating heavy carbohydrates and drinking alcohol for 48 hours to avoid the fat cells settling in your lymphatic system. Increase water intake! Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Give your lymphatic system the extra fluids it needs to flush your body of the toxins. Don't shower immediately after. Wait until 6 hours post treatment or until the next day if possible to allow the nutrients applied to your skin to work most effectively. You may feel fatigued or experience flu-like symptoms the next day. This is normal and is a sign the body is detoxifying from the inside out!
