CleanSpa - Manicure - Pedicure - Fungal Toenails Laser in Chesterfield MO

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We are truly sorry that this visit felt so disappointing, especially after you have had several good experiences with us in the past. We never want any client to feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience during a service. Professionalism and clear communication are very important to us, and we are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of care and excellence we expect from our entire team. We also understand how frustrating it can feel when an appointment does not go as expected. For clarity, gel removal can create unforeseen timing challenges when it is not included in an online booking, because it requires additional time, preparation, and specific staffing. This is why we strive to clearly communicate our gel removal policy in several places, including our booking platform, website, appointment confirmations, and posted signage in the spa. In this case, our team did their best to accommodate the gel removal rather than inconvenience you by having you reschedule. We understand that the timing challenges affected your overall experience, and we sincerely apologize. We appreciate you recognizing the receptionist and the technician who stepped in to help. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue working on communicating these policies clearly while also coaching our team on the best solutions so we do not compromise the client experience. We will be reaching out to you privately as well. Thank you
