Dr. Ahmad is the absolute best!! From cupping, scraping, adjustments, spinal decompression, electric stimulation, and more, AMH provides it all and takes the time to look after your health. As an active person who lifts, plays sports, does yoga and Pilates, and sits at a desk for work all day, health and recovery are very important to me. I’ve been going for over a year and see Dr. Ahmad every month now. With each session, I’ve noticed faster recovery times when it comes to sore muscles and knots. 100% recommend
