Overview

This 70-year-old patient was a good candidate for comprehensive facial rejuvenation. She expressed concerns regarding significant lower facial, jowl, and neck skin laxity, she felt she looked tired and was unhappy with her diffuse sun damage. She chose Co2 laser resurfacing to address sun damage, improve skin texture and tone, stimulate collagen production, and skin tighten. This modality was particularly effective for overall facial photoaging. She chose an Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty to address redundant skin laxity of the bilateral eyelids, Bilateral brow ptosis was present, exacerbating upper eyelid hooding however, the patient chose not to have a brow lift. A Facelift and Necklift were performed to address significant skin laxity in the neck and lower face The patient is very happy with her rejuvenated outcome.
