Amora Luxe Hair Restoration Center

Overview

It’s unfortunate that we have to address these false claims, but we believe in being transparent about our experiences with our clients. You were a client of our salon in 2020 (when you caused issues then) and recently booked a new appointment under an alias email in 2024 to come back. Prior to your appointment, you contacted our stylists via their personal Instagram pages, requesting accommodations that were not available. They appropriately referred you to the salon’s official contact information. You did not book a Trichology scalp analysis with us you only booked at Head Spa service. Unfortunately, Google does not allow the businesses to post photos on our reviews however we have video and photo evidence of your service . Please check out our Instagram reel video dated August 27, 2024. There is a video there showing some of the footage of the head spa that you received . We also recommended a trim which you declined. During your visit, you did not mention any scalp issues until you arrived with an unmarked bottle of shampoo stored in a ketchup condiment container. Due to the lack of labeling and ingredient information, we informed you that we could not use the product for your safety. After receiving a head spa treatment with a SilkOut , you attempted to leave without paying for the service. We regretfully had to advise you that we would contact the authorities if payment was not made. You then agreed to pay, and we informed you that you would no longer be welcome at our establishment. We are committed to providing quality service to all our clients, and it’s disappointing to see false claims being made after an incident where our business practices were challenged.
