Overview
Hi Grace, please accept our sincerest apologies for the experience you had on December 2nd. You are absolutely right—we missed the mark, and it is never our intention to leave a client waiting or confused about our location. Since that morning, we have reached out to you multiple times via phone and text to offer a full explanation and a resolution for the inconvenience. We take our previous 5-star reputation very seriously and were truly hoping to speak with you to make this right. We have also since updated our listings to ensure the address and hours are consistent across all platforms. We would still love the chance to connect with you; please give us a call back at your earliest convenience.
