Overview
Lena, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We would like to clarify the circumstances of your visit. You and your grandson both had appointments scheduled. Your grandson proceeded with one of his two scheduled services, while you chose not to receive your scheduled treatment. Our same-day cancellation policy exists because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. When a scheduled service is canceled or declined at the appointment time, we are generally unable to fill that reserved time with another client. This policy is reviewed with and acknowledged by all clients prior to treatment and is applied consistently to everyone. While we understand that unexpected illnesses can happen, we also recognize the importance of compassion. During your visit, we waived the same-day cancellation fee for the service you chose not to receive as a one-time courtesy. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family all the best.
