At SENTO HOUSE, we help people move and feel better through intentional massage therapy designed around each individual’s needs. Because everyone experiences pain, stress, and tension differently, we created two approaches to care: Deep Massage Care and Gentle Massage Care. Deep Massage Care focuses on chronic pain, muscle tension, and limited range of motion, while Gentle Massage Care is designed for relaxation, recovery, and more sensitive conditions requiring a softer touch.
