Overview

A Microblading Patch Test is a preliminary procedure performed by a licensed microblading artist to assess the client's potential sensitivity or allergic reactions to the pigments used in microblading. During the patch test, a small amount of the pigment is applied to a discreet area on the skin, typically behind the ear, on the inner arm or in between head hairs. The client is then instructed to wait for a designated period, usually 24 to 48 hours, to monitor for any adverse reactions such as redness, swelling, itching, or rash. This test helps ensure the client's safety and suitability for the full microblading procedure and is a crucial step in achieving successful, long-lasting eyebrow enhancements. This charge is non-refundable and it’s optional.
