Pure Med Miami

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely regret the unexpected situation. At Pure Med, all deposit and refund policies are clearly explained in the consent forms, and they are accepted and signed by every client. We would also like to clarify that we have documented the options we offered you to either transfer or maintain your deposit until you were able to proceed with your treatment. Our team also received threats that this negative review would be posted if an exception was not made to the policy signed by you. Even so, our staff remained professional and respectful at all times. We value every client’s experience and always strive to provide compassionate and empathetic service while respecting the policies established to protect both our patients and our business. We appreciate your understanding of our policies, and despite the circumstances, we still sought to provide alternative options for your case. We wish you all the best moving forward.
