For patients who prefer to use insurance for laboratory testing or who have already completed comprehensive bloodwork, including hormone testing, within the past 3 months. The $249 fee includes a comprehensive 60–90 minute initial consultation to review your health history, symptoms, goals, and laboratory results and discuss personalized treatment recommendations. Laboratory costs are not included. If using insurance for testing, patients are responsible for any charges, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, or tests not covered by their insurance plan.
