Overview
Amazing gym and the trainers there are top notch. The owner Samer was on American Ninja Warrior which is very cool. He knows his stuff and makes sure to tailor workouts to each persons experience and needs. He also will provide a personalized nutrition plan and makes sure to keep you accountable. The gym also has other great trainers. Julio is amazing as well and is very knowledgeable and experienced. Everyone there is very helpful and professional. I’ve been going for 5 months and have seen significant improvement.
