Top: Before Bottom: After full-face and neck tox This client received a customized tox treatment addressing the face and neck as a whole. Treatment across the upper face helped soften movement and visible lines through the forehead, frown area, and around the eyes, creating a smoother, more refreshed appearance with a subtle lift through the brow area. Neck tox was used to relax the platysma muscles, which create visible vertical neck bands and contribute to downward pull along the lower face and jawline. In the after photo, her platysmal bands are noticeably softer, the downward pull has been reduced, her jowls appear less prominent, and the jawline and neck look smoother and more defined. This creates the subtle lifting and contouring effect commonly known as a Nefertiti Lift. By treating both the face and neck, we were able to create a balanced, natural-looking result while maintaining her expression. Every tox treatment at HoneMD is customized to the patient’s anatomy, muscle movement, and individual goals.
