This week, we celebrated our Lake Tahoe Patient Concierge Jessica’s birthday. Jessica joined our R+H family last year, and it did not take long for her to become the kind of person everyone quietly leans on. She has a way of seeing the solution before the rest of us even finish explaining the problem, and our patients truly adore her. One of the things we love most is how fast she learns, her passion for growth, and the calm confidence she brings to every situation. Jessica makes you feel like you can rely on her, like she has your back, like a silent friend who is always there, even when you do not ask. When Alicia, PA-C is in the treatment room taking care of patients with her signature precision and natural results, Jessica is doing what the best Patient Concierges do, answering questions, guiding patients through scheduling, helping them understand how to save with our exclusive specials, and educating them on payment plans and our Beauty Bank membership. She takes a process that can feel overwhelming and makes it feel easy, warm, and doable, and that is a gift. What makes this even more special is that Jessica truly loves what she does, she loves our patients, she loves working alongside Alicia, and it shows in the way she speaks, listens, and follows through. Patients feel it right away, and it is a big reason our Lake Tahoe office feels like more than a medspa, it feels like home.
