We're here to hold space and listen so we can hear what your body has to say and begin a conversation. We offer a blend of various styles of myofascial release (including ART- Active Release Technique, MFR, Structural Integration, Craniosacral Therapy). We also offer gentle Feldenkrais sessions and classes to help you tap into your body’s wisdom of how to move best. We believe the partnership between therapist and client is where the healing happens. We are honored to work with each of you and are here for you when you are ready to start a conversation.
