Overview

A brachioplasty, commonly referred to as an arm lift, is performed to address sagging tissue along the upper arm. Using a thin incision, placed along the axilla and running along the inside of the arm to the elbow, Dr. Korman can excise the stretched fatty tissue. Remaining muscle and skin are then pulled taut, creating a sculpted upper arm. While a visible scar remains after a brachioplasty, it is generally hidden on the inside of the arm. The results from a brachioplasty last for years to come.
