TO BE FAIR TO US AND OUR READERS- You the reviewer was not at the Appt. Your wife came alone and conversations were VERY pleasant. When our office was contacted by your wife she was advised we are a Plastic Surgery office and do not take insurance. Like many other Plastic Surgery offices that do not take Insurance. If we did take insurance you would have to give us the information so that we would verify you do have ins. and what your patient responsibility and get authorization for the appt. before coming to the appt. We did offer your wife a FREE cosmetic Consultation. She was happy to hear that. Most places do charge a fee. We do not. At the consult which you were not in attendance, we offered her a VERY reasonable price. She then stated she will review and get back to us. Reviews like this can be very harming to businesses. We take pride in how we do business. NO one would ever be rude as you say... noting again that you were not in attendance at this appt. End results your wife was seen by a physician and your wife was not even charged a copay should we have taken insurance. There are lots of Dermatology offices that do take insurances. We wish you the best.
